ARTIST BIO
I was born and raised in Brooklyn NY and moved to New Hampshire in 1972. For 38 years, I was a faculty member at Massachusetts Lowell Psychology Department. During those years, I enjoyed taking an occasional art class to broaden my horizons.
On retirement, I was introduced to alcohol inks and I was hooked. I love to experiment with a variety of different techniques creating abstract and “near realistic“ landscapes and seascapes. I create functional pieces (switch plates, pendants) as well as decorative pieces. The vibrancy of the colors and the fluidity of these special inks are a challenge to combine, blending control and chaos. I love to chat about my art, if you want to learn more.
